<br />beginning of the meeting, Vioe-Chairman Chris Wallrich oalled the meeting to
<br />order at 10,30 a.m., June 9, 1942.

<br />Dr. El Roy Nelson, recently appointed Director of the Colorado State Plan-
<br />ning Board, was introduoed and assumed his position as an e4-officio member of
<br />the board.
<br />
<br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that a resolution com-
<br />mittee of three be appointed and present to the board a resolution re-
<br />specting the late Senator Alva B. Adams of Colorado.
<br />
<br />The cr~ir appointed Judge John B. O'Rourke, Silmon Smith and J. M. Dille
<br />to serve on the resolution committee. Thereafter Silmon Smi~h presented the
<br />resolution honoring the memory of Senator,' Alva B. Adams, as'follOWst
