If a member of the CWCB requests further consideration of an item on the consent _ <br />agenda, that item will be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and discussed at the end of the meeting or <br />at the next meeting. The Consent Agenda may be voted on without the necessity of reading individual <br />items. Any CWCB member may request clarification from the Director for any matter on the Consent <br />Agenda, <br /> <br />TOUR OPPORTUNITY <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Nearburg has extended an invitation to the interested <br />public, members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and staffto <br />tour his Trout Creek habitat improvement project located 15 miles <br />southwest of Cree de, CO. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Although this tour is not an official CWCB function, it is related to <br />Mr. Nearburg's request that the CWCB accept "injury with mitigation" <br />to the in stream flow water right for Trout Creek or recognize certain pre- <br />existing, undecreed uses (see agenda item 5 (a) for the CWCB's May <br />2000 meeting). <br /> <br />The tour will depart from the Broadacres Ranch near Creede at <br />1 :00 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2000. Persons interested in taking part in <br />the tour should contact Mr. Nearburg at 214-739-1778 no later than <br />Monday.
