Stream and Lake Protection - Statements of Opposition <br />The Board will be asked to ratify the Statements of Opposition, which have been <br />filed by the staff to protect instream flow water rights in the following cases. <br />a. StafJwill provide written memos to the CWCB members explaining <br />the matters on the Consent Agenda, which will be identified by and filed under the Item number assigned <br />in the Agenda, Copies of the memos will be available to the public under the usual procedures (described <br />above). <br /> <br />5 <br />
