This <br /> involves verification that an audit was <br /> conducted and that all pertinent data was <br /> collected and disseminated to the client In <br /> the event that data is missing, a few options <br /> exist The audit is occasionally redone or the <br /> audit is removed from the system and not <br /> billed if missing information cannot be <br /> retrieved. <br /> -Data entry of all audit information from <br /> the 2006 audit season for later analysis and <br /> inclusion in final report <br /> -Water record collection of 2006 audits <br /> going back a minimum of two years to <br /> create the final reports for the partner cities <br /> and to provide information if historical water <br /> usage for audited properties is required at a <br /> future date. <br /> -Water record input of 2006 records into <br /> Excel tool that tracks specific variables- <br /> name, address, irrigation code/number, <br /> landscape size, precipitation rate, distribution <br /> uniformity (DU), irrigation system <br /> description, soil composition and over 80 <br /> additional pieces of detailed information <br /> about the property and its indoor and outdoor <br /> water usage for later analysis and inclusion in <br /> final report <br /> - Homeowner evaluation form (p. 10) <br /> analysis and inclusion in final report. <br /> Homeowner evaluation forms are reviewed $44,295 <br /> and separated according to partner city. At Request <br /> time of review issues or concerns with the from the <br /> audit program are addressed, successes are CWCB <br /> <br />13 <br />
