2 this law to provide for the utmost speed in acoomplishing its purposes. The
3 Colorado Water Conservation Board may grant such authority as it deems
4 neoessary or proplr to the persons it may designate to oarry out. the provi-
5 sions of this law.

6 SECTION 3. The Colcrado Water Conservation Board shall olUse the
7 results of the study hereinabove outlined to be enbodied in a. Vll'itten report.
8 one oopy of whioh shall be held in the offioes of s aid -board as a. pub:tl.o ree-

9 <<I'd available for the use of any interested person. Copies of s aid report
10 shall. be traI1Smitted to each house of the General. Assembly and to the Gover-

II nor, the State Engineer and the state Planning Commission and the Game and

12 Fish Commission.

13 SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the

state treasury not otherwise appropria.ted, for the USe of the Oolorado Water

Conservation Board for the performanoe of the work hereinabove outlined,

and for no other purpose, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,-

17 000.00). said appropriation shall become available to the board upon the

18 effective date of this act, and any unused porti<:>n of said amount remaining

unexpended at the end of any fisoal year shall not revert to the general. fund

but shall remain for the oompletion of. said work until December 31, 1955.

21 provided, however, that whenever suoh work is oompleted said board shall

22 so declare, whereupon any unexpended portion of said fund shall at onoe

23 revert to the general fund.
24 SECTION 5. The General Assembly hereby finds. determines and de-

25 olares that this aot is nEloessary for the immediate preservation of the

26 public peaoe, health, and safety.
