A consultant, to conduct the basin delineation <br />work, should be selected by the end of September. <br /> <br />Leaislation <br /> <br />Although the Authority was involved in legislative discussions concerning the financing of capital <br />construction projects far school districts earlier this year, the legislature utilized direct appropriations to meet <br />this need.
