Mr. Carpenter proposed the follOlling resolution and <br />moved its adoption. This resolution _s duly seoonded and h as foll01f81 <br /> <br />BResolv,d that it ill the opinion of the lIrsm1!lers of the <br />0010rado Water OonservatiO!l Board that the answer of the State <br />of Colorado in the oase of Wyoming vs. Colorado (U. S. Supreme <br />Court No. 1935) should affirmatively allege that the state <br />of Colorado, as a sovereign s'l:ate, has the exolusive right, <br />irrespeotive of any deoree of the Supreme Oourt of the United <br />States, to oontrol under its laws the distribution within <br />the boundaries of this State, of the _ter, to 'Which the State <br />is entitled tram inters'l:ate strewu." . <br /> <br /> <br />After discussion pole wall tala1n on the adoption of 'l:he resolution <br />and it was duly passed. <br /> <br />Director Stone who _s presiding announoed tha't tne resolution <br />was duly oarried by the unanhlous veto of all members presen'l:. <br />
