SCHUSTER: The farms over a hundred and sixty acres, from a hundred <br />sixty-one to two hundred and forty acres, are six farms. From two <br />hundred and forty-one acres to three hundred and twenty acres, there is <br />five farms. From three hundred and twenty-one acres to four hundred <br />and eighty acres, there is five farms. And the rest are all less thilO <br />a hundred and sixty of the total membership. <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: We do have all of this basic information in the project <br />reports. We simply haven't broken it out on these summaries because <br />of the mass of details. But we have all of these figures available to <br />compute any of these factors in the complet~d project repo~t. <br /> <br />MR. ROBBINS: Is Overland a. mutual company? <br /> <br />MR. SCHUSTER: It's owned by stockholders, yes. <br /> <br />MR. ROBBINS: Is the stock readily transferable? <br /> <br />MR. SCHUSTER: It's normally transferred with the land, because the <br />land is worthless w~thout'the water. <br /> <br />MR. ROBBINS: Is it tied to the land? <br /> <br />MR. SCHUSTER: No, just normally done. Not tied to the land. <br /> <br />MR. ROBBINS: Have any of the shares,;6f the Overland Company been <br />bought by energy companies? ' <br /> <br />MR. SCHUSTER: No. They are all owned by farms, except the shares <br />owned by the town of Hotchkiss. <br /> <br />-35- <br />
