INTRODUCTION

for the Chatfield Downstream Channel Improvement Project. The conditions and recommendations for thl

see attached memo. Following approval by the Board, IDe CWCB entered into a formal easement agreement wit!
Mountain Miser Ltd. Dated March 23, 2000.

DISCUSSION
Mountain Miser Ltd. has requested the CWCB amend its easement agreement to extend the term by four years 'fo
an annual fee of$250.00.

The original easement agreement provided the following:

. TIME PERIOD ~ for up to five years commencing of the effective date of the agreement and annually
renewable as provided

. FEE CONSIDERA nON - Grantee's consideration for the remaining four years of the five year time period
shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) annually or a total of 1,000.00 for the four year time period.

RECOMMENDATION
Following a review by the AG's Office and CWCB staff for Agenda Item 14.b., staff recommends that the Board:

Authorize staff to amend the Mountain Miser Ltd. easement agreement to extend the term by four years for
an annual fee of $250.00.
