"That I can't answer. t'le ,,,ill release a
draft of the report for informal review and
following the revisions to that report, we
will then be subject to the formal review
period that could run as long as 90. days . ,Now
we expect to have this draft report before
you and before the conservancy district board
and other federal agencies next month. We
hope that we can reduce this 90 day review
period on the Narrows project by cooperation
"lith the various federal agencies and the
state and if this can be done why, of course,
we would hope that we would have the report
to the Congress sometime along about June.
It's a kind of an 'ifey' schedule but that's
about all I can predict at this time."

questions? Are there any members of the
audience who would like to ask ~tr. Dugan
anything about his report on Region 7? Then
thank you very much, we appreciate it.

We'll now have a report from Region 4
and before we have this report, I want to
express on behalf of the Board our apprecia-
tion to ~tr. Dave Crandall for that very fine
trip we had to Glen Canyon. It seems like
ages ago but I guess it was only last October.
The members of the Legislature that went \-lith
us and other interested water users have been
universally most complimentary about the trip
and I'd like to express my appreciation now
to you. So ~tr. Dave Crandall, may we have
your report from Region 4?"
