'Of the channel and it w'Ould actually result in
a c'Onsiderable impravement to the adjaining lands,
since it would make a higher use 'Of that land
possible than exists under present circumstances.

there any possibility that the c'Ondemnation will
have to be executed by this B'Oard 'Or will this
be done by the other governmental subdivisi'Ons?"

MR. SPARKS:

"We would anticipate that it wauld be d'One
by the ether g'Overnmental agencies. They have
the p'Ower of c'Ondemnati'On."

MR. BERTHELSON:

"Apparently we d'O to'O. But y'Ou d'On't anti-
cipate, Larry. that we'll be involved in con-
demnati'On suits if you can manuever sameb'Ody
else into daing it."

MR. SPARKS:

"The eventual plan is predicated upan the
maximum assistance from the cities and c'Ounties
invalved. I hape that we w'Ould not actually have
to get int'O the candemnatian suits."
