She explained that HBl365 was the Water Conservation Plan Grant Program <br />and stated who could qualify for the grants. Kathie also strongly promoted the HB05-1254 grant program <br />and explained how this program was for implementation ofthe water conservation goals, and also <br />referred everyone to the CWCB website for more information on the above bills, the model water <br />conservation plan, and guidelines for the application process. <br /> <br />It was announced that there would be no September meeting. <br /> <br />Colorado Water Officials Association Annual Meeting: The Colorado Water Officials Association <br />Annual Meeting will be held September 28-30, 2005 in Glenwood Springs.
