<br />BEFORE THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> <br />DRAFT PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER <br /> <br />IN THE MA TIER OF FOURMILE CREEK AND OIL CREEK PROPOSED INSTREAM <br />FLOW APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />1. A prehearing conference for the contested proposed instream flow appropriations on <br />Fourmile Creek and Oil Creek was held on July 7, 2000 at 9:00 A.M. in Room 310 of the <br />State Services Building, 1525 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, An attendance sheet is <br />attached, <br /> <br />II. A second prehearing conference is scheduled for September 12,2000 at 1:00 P.M. in <br />Room 310 of the State Services Building. <br /> <br />III. Hearing: The Colorado Water Conservation Board ("Board") will hold a hearing on the <br />contested proposed instream flow appropriations on Fourmile Creek and Oil Creek in <br />Canon City beginning at on September 26 and continuing until on <br />September 27,2000, The location of the hearing will be the same location as the <br />September Board meeting, <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Parties: <br />I) CWCB Staff and DOW, represented by Linda Bassi, Assistant Attorney General <br />(Fourmile and Oil Creeks) <br />2) The Department ofInterior, Bureau of Land Management, represented by Amelia S, <br />Whiting, Office of the Solicitor (Fourmile and Oil Creeks) <br />3) Trout Unlimited, represented by Kelly Custer (Fourmile and Oil Creeks) <br />4) Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, represented by Michael D.
