The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Staple-
ton at 10:05 A. M.

"Gentlemen, we will call the regular meet-
ing of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to
order. The first order of business on the
agenda is the minutes of the Board meeting on
October 27, 1959, which have heretofore been
mailed to all the members of the Board. Are
there any additions or corrections to the
minutes? If not, I'll entertain a motion that
the minutes be approved as submitted."

"It has been moved and seconded. All those
in favor of approving the minutes of the meeting
of October 27, 1959, as presented, will signify
by saying 'aye'; opposed - the minutes are so
approved. .

The ne~t order of business is the San Juan-
Chama and Navajo Irrigation Projects. You will
recall that Larry sent you a memorandum under
date of January 5thi together with proposed sug-
gestions on the bil. I understand you were
working with interested parties yesterday and
will yo~ report as of now, Larry 7'

"Gentlemen, the final revision of Senate
Bill No. 72 which was sent to you with this
memorandum dated January 5 1960 has been ac.
complished when the committee got together yes-
terday for the final time before this meeting.
You have in your folders the revised copies.
On the first page you will note some changes
whereas in the original copy there were no
changes on the first page. If you will put the
revised copy before you, you will see on the
first page some words in the middle of the page
