SPARKS: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we will call the regular meet- <br />ing of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to <br />order. The first order of business on the <br />agenda is the minutes of the Board meeting on <br />October 27, 1959, which have heretofore been <br />mailed to all the members of the Board. Are <br />there any additions or corrections to the <br />minutes? If not, I'll entertain a motion that <br />the minutes be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />"1 so move." <br /> <br />"Mr. Burr has moved - may I have a second7' <br /> <br />"1'11 second it." <br /> <br />"It has been moved and seconded. All those <br />in favor of approving the minutes of the meeting <br />of October 27, 1959, as presented, will signify <br />by saying 'aye'; opposed - the minutes are so <br />approved. . <br /> <br />The ne~t order of business is the San Juan- <br />Chama and Navajo Irrigation Projects. You will <br />recall that Larry sent you a memorandum under <br />date of January 5thi together with proposed sug- <br />gestions on the bil. I understand you were <br />working with interested parties yesterday and <br />will yo~ report as of now, Larry 7' <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, the final revision of Senate <br />Bill No. 72 which was sent to you with this <br />memorandum dated January 5 1960 has been ac. <br />complished when the committee got together yes- <br />terday for the final time before this meeting. <br />You have in your folders the revised copies. <br />On the first page you will note some changes <br />whereas in the original copy there were no <br />changes on the first page. If you will put the <br />revised copy before you, you will see on the <br />first page some words in the middle of the page <br />
