Please refer to the Easement Guidelines for <br />the Chatfield Downstream Channcllmprovement Project lar specifics not requested in this application. <br />There arc a number of steps Ihal need to be taken by the applicant and CWeB stalT in order to bring <br />the request 10 a Hoard Meeting for approval. The request will only be brought 10 the Board al a <br />regularly scheduled Hoard Meeting (meetings occur 6 limes per year in January. :\larch. May, July. <br />September, and November without exception). All of the conditions listed in the CWeB Easement <br />Guidelines and this application must be met before the request \",'ill brought by stan' to the Board. <br />Please send a letter of intent notifying the US AmlY Corps of Engineers-Omaha District, Urban <br />Drainage and Flood Control District. Smuh Suburban Parks and Recreation District, and the eWCB <br />Flood Protection Section. In addition. a site visit will need to be scheduled with a member of the <br />('WCB Flood Protection Section Slaff in order to proceed.
