Fund <br /> <br />For 2005, loans are expected with City of Aspen ($4 million), Boulder CountylEl Dorado <br />Springs LID ($1.9 million), Breckenridge Sanitation District ($8 million), Town of Breckenridge <br />($4.5 million), Cortez Sanitation District ($2 million), Denver SE Suburban WSD ($5 million), <br />Town of Eaton ($5 million), Town of Erie ($11 million), Inverness WSD ($15 million), Plum <br />Creek Wastewater Authority ($1.9 million), Roxborough Park Metropolitan District ($10 <br />million) and Westminster ($20 million). Loans are expected to total $88 million. Loan capacity <br />for 2005 is approximately $99 million. <br /> <br />The.2005 capitalization grant from the U.S. EPA is $8,606,700. This is a reduction of $2 million <br />from the historic average. Due to budget constraints, the 2006 grant may be reduced to $6.6 <br />million. <br /> <br />At its December 3'd meeting, the Board set the 2005 direct loan rate (loans under $1 million) at <br />3.5%. <br /> <br />On January 6, the Authority closed on a $36,705,000 Wastewater Revolving Fund Refunding <br />Revenue Bond issue. This refunding resulted in present value savings of $2.1 million for 11 <br />borrowers. <br /> <br />Drinkinl! Water Revolvinl! Fund <br /> <br />For 2005, loans are expected with Cottonwood WSD ($10 million), City of Craig ($4.5 million), <br />Town of Florence ($0.8 million), Town of La lara ($0.2 million) and the Town of Victor ($0.28 <br />million). Loans are expected to total $15.78 million. Loan capacity for 2005 is estimated at $53 <br />million. <br />
