The Town of <br />Castle Rock is using the ONCS's Water Conservation Plan <br />:Development Guidance Document to develop its Plan and is <br />anticipating submitting their Plan to the ONCS for approval <br />,in October 2006. <br /> <br />- - t <br />iWith assistance of Clear Water Rights, Inc. and R1W, Inc. 1$38,250 <br />:Consulting, the City of Fort Lupton will update their Water <br />Conservation Plan to comply with the 2004 revised statute!:i : <br />'37..60-126 C.R.S. The City is in the process of applying for a! <br />'loan from the ewcs, and in order to be eligible, they must : <br />Ihave an updated Water Conservation Plan, The Plan will be <br />developed in accordance with the ewcs's Water <br />,Conservation Plan Guidance Document.
