Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board will be held in the
Three Creeks Room at the DoubleTree Hotel, 1775 East Cheyenne Mountain Blvd., Colorado
Springs, Colorado [phone] on Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21, 2000.

All programs, services and activities of the Department of Natural Resources and the
