Case No. 1-97CW195; City of Lafayette (Boulder Creek and Tributaries) <br /> <br />NOTE: <br />The process for placing matters on the Consent Agenda is as follows: <br /> <br />The Director identifies matters recommended by staff where the recommended action follows <br />established policy or precedent, there has been a negotiated settleme1lt or the matter is expected to be <br />uncontested and non-controversial. Staffwill provide written memos to the CWCB members explaining <br />the matters on the Consent Agenda, which will be identified by and filed under the Item number assigned <br />in the Agenda. Copies of the memos will be available to the public under the usual procedures (described <br />above). <br />Matters on the Consent Agenda are noticedfor hearing at the same time and in the same manner <br />as other agenda items. If a member of the CWCB requests further consideration of an item on the consent <br />agenda, that item will be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and discussed at the end of the meeting or <br />at the next meeting. The Consent Agenda may be voted on without the necessity of reading individual <br />items. Any CWCB member may request clarification from the Director for any matter on the Consent _ <br />Agenda. _ <br /> <br />6 <br />
