A possible feasibility study would have to address the
following, as a minimum:

(a) Modification to present ditch facilities
with possible pipeline and siphon
installations.

(b) Integration of municipal and irrigation
water rights.

(c) Disposal of urban sanitary wastes, with
possible land treatment facilities.

(d) Construction of a small storage reservoir.

(e) Construction of a hydropower unit, if feasible.

(f) The economic feasibility of the project as
described in (a)-(e) with possible engineering,
technical, economic and administrative
restraints, as they may be determined from
the proposed evaluation.

Contacts have been made with Wright-McLaughlin Engineers who
are preparing a preliminary proposal. Proposal has been reviewed
by the entity and will be forwarded to CWCB and legal council for
final approval.

Preliminary feasibility study cost $150,000. Possible state
(CWCB) participation $75,000.
