In order to confirm the decision made at the January 16th <br />meeting to temporarily suspend the processing of applications <br />for proposed construction fund projects, I recommend that <br />we communicate this fact to: <br /> <br />a. Entities with feasibility studies under way. <br /> <br />b. Pending applicants. <br /> <br />c. The leadership of the General Assembly. <br /> <br />2. To accomplish this, please find attached draft letters for <br />your review and approval. <br /> <br />3. Also, please find attached lists of the affected entities. <br /> <br />4.
