<br />Agenda Item 17a <br />January 8, 1993 <br />Page two <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Potential for Injul)' <br /> <br />The proposed on-stream reservoir would inundate approximately 2.5 miles of the <br />Board's instream flow appropriation on Geneva Creek as well as 1.5 miles on Bruno Gulch <br />and 1.0 mile on Burning Bear Creek. In addition, the proposed out-of-priority storage by <br />exchange with transmountain water delivered by the Roberts Tunnel may deplete the <br />Board's instream flow rights on Scott Gomer Creek and Geneva Creek. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br /> <br />There are no other objectors in this case.
