The applicant is seeking a junior (1992) right for the proposed <br />87,676 AF Geneva Creek Reservoir which will be located on Geneva Creek. Applicant <br />intends to develop this right for irrigation, municipal, industrial, and recreation uses. The <br />reservoir will be filled with water diverted from Scott Gomer Creek; transmountain water <br />diverted by exchange with deliveries from the North Fork of the South Platte River; and/or <br />with transmountain water pumped from the Roberts Tunnel. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board has the following instream flow decrees which could be injured by this <br />application: <br /> <br />Case No. Stream Amount (cfs) Ap'prop.
