<br />legislature to make a loan of $100,000 to the Town of Lochbuie from the Construction
<br />Fund for a period of 25 years at a 2% interest rate, The motion was seconded by Ray
<br />Wright The motion passed (7-1), with Dave Meyering not in favor.

<br />Town of Norwood - A motion was made by Leo Eisel to seek approval from the
<br />legislature to make a loan of $320,000 to the Town of Norwood from the Construction
<br />Fund for a period of 20 years at a 2% interest rate. Ray Wright seconded the motion.
<br />The motion passed (6-1), with Janice Sheftel abstaining, and Dave Meyering not in favor.

<br />Pole Mountain Dam - A motion was made by David Harrison to seek approval from the
<br />legislature to make a loan of $45,000 for Pole Mountain Dam for a period of 40 years at
<br />a 3% interest rate. The motion was seconded by Leo Eisel. The motion passed
<br />unanimously (7-0), with Dave Meyering abstaining.

<br />New Cache La Poudre Irrigating Comoanv - A presentation was given by Jeff Harbert on
<br />the erosion of a concrete dam within the irrigation district's system, The company has
<br />350 stockholders, services 40,000 acres, deliver approximately 60,000 af of water per
<br />year. There was no staff recommendation, as this project was a new request, however
<br />funding of $700,000 for this year was being requested. This cost will be amended and
<br />presented to the Board at the February 19, 1993 meeting, following review of a Feasibility
<br />Study by the irrigation company's board, There was Board discussion by Lile, Jackson
<br />and Harrison, No action was taken.

<br />Divide Canal & Reservoir Comoanv - Chris Patton asked if the Board would consider
<br />reviewing a request for funding at the February 19, 1993 meeting, for repair of the dam's
<br />outlet structure. If the outlet is not repaired by March, 1993, it will be under restriction
<br />by the SED, It serves approximately 25,000 . acres and has a capacity of 3400 af, and
<br />there are, A Feasibility Study was completed January 19, 1993 and submitted to the
<br />CWCB staff for review. The request is for $452,000. No action was taken.
