Water in the stream would enhance
recreational use of the area. It would also maintain a more balanced
ecosystem in the area. It is much more enjoyable to walk past a gurgling (or
rushing) stream than to walk past a muddy river bed.

Please maintain substantial water flows in our streams and rivers, at least
enough to maintain boatabilily.

Thank you,
8i>usan Graham
...ort Collins, CO

e

1
