DElANEY:

'~e are all most happy to have as
Upper Colorado River Commissioner
for the State of Colorado, Mr. Frank
Delaney. We all welcome you here."

Mfhank you very much, Mr. Crawford."

I

1. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting

Mr. Crawford stated that he had received corrections
from Mr. Roberts; he also explained that he had received
from Mr. Christy a rewrite of the material which he had
presented, expressing his views more as he wished to have
them expressed.

MR. DILLE:

"I move that the mi~utes be approved as
corrected."

The motion was seconded by Mr. Whitten and passed
unanimously.

MR. I believe
Mr. Gildersleeve should outline the
results of the engineering study which he
has carried on during the past month."

Mr. R. M. Gildersleeve, Chief Engineer of the Board,
reviewed the report, "Laramie River Water Supply for the
Period 1914-1953, inclusive." See Appendix A.

MR . CRAWFORD:

MR. ROBERTS:

"Perhaps we should hear from Mr. Roberts
before any discussion takes place."

"Mr. Chairman, Mr. Gildersleeve very
courteously rev~ewed these figures with
me only a few days ago,' when they were

I
