1. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting

Mr. Crawford stated that he had received corrections
from Mr. Roberts; he also explained that he had received
from Mr. Christy a rewrite of the material which he had
presented, expressing his views more as he wished to have
them expressed.

MR. DILLE:

"I move that the mi~utes be approved as
corrected."

The motion was seconded by Mr. Whitten and passed
unanimously.

MR. CRAWFORD:

2. Laramie River Problem

"The second item -on the agenda is the
Laramie River problem and the engineer-
ing report. You will find the report
in your file. It was my understanding
at the last meeting that we were to have
two reports: One from the engineering
section and the second from the legal
people. The legal people inform me that
there will probably be a verbal report
but they could hardly make a study until
the engineering report was in. I believe
Mr. Gildersleeve should outline the
results of the engineering study which he
has carried on during the past month."

Mr. R. M. Gildersleeve, Chief Engineer of the Board,
reviewed the report, "Laramie River Water Supply for the
Period 1914-1953, inclusive." See Appendix A.
