Attorney General's Report and Legal Briefing - <br />Tape 2, Track 4 0:34:44 - 0:48:20 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt that the Board request the Water Court to <br />allow an additional 2 months to file their findings and recommendations on 24c, <br />Chaffee County RICD. The motion was seconded by Travis Smith and approved <br />(6-0). Harold Miskel abstained from the vote. <br />A motion was made by Travis Smith that the Board go into Executive Session to <br />discuss agenda items 22a, 24a, b, e, g, h, 25 a and b. The motion was seconded <br />by Keith Catlin and approved unanimously (7-0). Harold Miskel recused himself <br />from discussion of item 24a during Executive Session <br /> <br />25. Executive Session Items - <br />Tape 2, Track 3 0:26:00 - 0:27 :00 <br />Action: Based upon attorney/client privilege and upon recommendation from First <br />Assistant Attorney General, Pat Kowaleski, the remainder of Agenda item #20 <br />was not recorded during Executive Session. At the end of this Executive <br />Session, a motion was made by Harold Miskel that the Board leave Executive <br />Session. The motion was seconded by Keith Catlin and approved unanimously <br />(7-0). <br />Tape 2, Track 4 0:48:20:00 - 0:49:20:00 <br />Action: Based upon attorney/client privilege and upon recommendation from First <br />Assistant Attorney General, Pat Kowaleski, the items discussed on the Executive <br />Session agenda were not recorded during Executive Session.
