<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />September Board Meeting <br />At the September Board Meeting, staff will make its final instream flow recommendation to the <br />Board, based on its original report, all public comments, documents submitted by the Parties and <br />all data contained in the official record. Parties may choose to continue or withdraw their Notice <br />to Contest at or before the September Board meeting based on staffs final recommendation. If <br />the Parties elect to continue their Notice to Contest, the Board will hold hearings on all contested <br />ISF recommendations. <br /> <br />November Board Meeting <br />At the November Board Meeting, the Board will update the public on the results of any hearings <br />through its agenda and may take final action on contested Final Staff Recommendations. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board designate a Hearing Coordinator and set hearing dates for the <br />contested instream flow cases. <br /> <br />Flood Control and Floodplain Management -Larry Lang, Chief.
