Culichia, Esq. <br />Felt, Houghton, Monson & Culichia, LLC <br /> <br />Staff noticed all persons on the ISF Subscription Mailing List of the contested recommendations <br />prior to April 10, 2000, The following members of the public are supportive of the <br />recommendations and requested Party Status in the Fourmile Creek and Oil Creek contested <br />cases: <br /> <br />1) Trout Unlimited <br />C/o Kelly Custer <br /> <br />Because staffs ISF recommendations were based on recommendations from the U.S. Bureau of <br />Land Management ("BLM") and the Division of Wildlife ("CDOW"), those agencies also are <br />Parties to the Fourmile Creek and Oil Creek proceedings pursuant to Rule 5.52(B)(iv). Linda <br />Bassi of the Attorney General's Office will represent CWCB and CD OW staffs. As per Rule 5.53 (A), all prehearing conferences will be <br />scheduled and held before the July Board Meeting.
