Tables 2 and 3 also show that the winter recommendation of 2.1 cfs is not <br />available. Based on the above water availability analysis and the requirement of the CWCB staff <br />to balance the needs of mankind with a reasonable preservation of the natural environment the <br />recommended summer and winter flows of 2.4 cfs and 2.1 cfs were reduced further. Staff <br />recommends that the proposed flow recommendation be changed to 2.4 cfs eApril15 - June 30), <br />1.2 cfs (July 1 - August 31), 0.5 cfs (September 1 - March 14) and 0.8 cfs eMarch 15 - April <br />14).
