Pete Ampe accompanied our <br />technical experts on a reconnaissance of the Forest Service's quantification points at the end of <br />June. <br /> <br />2. Kansas v. Colorado. United States Supreme Court. No. 105. Oril!inal. <br /> <br />Briefing on Kansas' exceptions to the Fourth Report of the Special Master is complete. The <br />Court will probably set oral argument for the beginning of next term, most likely Oct. 4, 5, or 6. <br />Colorado has agreed to split argument time split 20 minutes for Colorado and 10 minutes for the <br />U.S. because the support of the U.S. has been very helpful to Colorado on the issues ofa river <br />master and prejudgment interest. <br /> <br />I Text concerning previously reported matters will usually contain only informa!ion on recent developments rather <br />than repeating background information.
