M. <br /> <br />JIm. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"We'll call this regularly scheduled meet- <br />ing of the Colorado Water conservation Board <br />to order. I might say that we should commend <br />Mr. Sparks for the planning - the water resources <br />are going up tremendously and to have the meet- <br />ing on a day such as this, I think it took great <br />planning, Mr. Sparks." <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: <br /> <br />"t'lell, Mr. Chairman, I have been praying <br />for snow but I didn't mean right here in <br />Denver~1I <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"The first order of business is the approval <br />.of the minutes of the meeting of December 9th <br />which were furnished members of the Board. Are <br />there any additions or corrections to the <br />minutes as submitted? If not, I'll entertain <br />a motion that they be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />MR. KROEGER: <br /> <br />"I'll so move." <br /> <br />MR. NELSON: <br /> <br />"Second the motion." <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"It has been regularly moved and seconded <br />that the minutes of the meeting of December 9, <br />1964, as submitted be approved. All those in <br />favor will signify by saying 'aye'; opposed - <br />so ordered. <br /> <br />The first item on the agenda is the reports <br />of the federal agencies. Mr. Dugan, will you <br />report for Region 7, please? Nice to see you." <br /> <br />MR. DUGAN: <br /> <br />"Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We have submitted <br />a formal report to your Director on our activi- <br />ties during the months of December and January. <br />I will give you a brief verbal report this <br />morning. <br />
