<br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br />Summit Room, Quality Motor Hotel <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />June 3, 1970 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Stapleton, Chairman, <br />at 10:00 A. M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Ladies and gentlemen, we will call this <br />regularly scheduled meeting of the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board to order. If the <br />lobbyists in the back of the room will quiet <br />down, we will proceed. <br /> <br />I would like to first let you know that <br />our very valued member, Craig Goodwin, did not <br />desire to be reappointed to this Board. If <br />you remember, during his tour of duty his wife <br />died. Craig has been an extremely valuable <br />member and of great counsel to this Board. I'd <br />like to have a motion at the beginning of the <br />meeting that we have our able attorney prepare <br />a suitable resolution to Craig for his service <br />to the Board." <br /> <br />MR. R.B. WILLIAMS: "I would so move." <br /> <br />MR. BERTHELSONI "I second." <br /> <br />MR.
