<br />moved by Mr. Hinderlider, seconded by Mr. Carpenter that Director Stone should act
<br />as t&lllporary Chairman. :Motion was duly carried and the mee'bing was called te
<br />order at 10.10 a.m., Thursday November 7, 1940.

<br />It was moved by Mr. Dille and seoonded by l4r. HiIlderlider 1;hat 1;he minutes of
<br />the meeting of July 25 and 26. 1940, as read, be approved. The motion oarried.

<br />Thereupcln Direotor Stone presented his report, dated Ootober 30, 1940. and the.
