<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Phase In - Public Review and Comment and Board Action <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Recommendations Investigations Files (Investigations Files) will be <br />available for public review at subsequent Board meetings until final action is taken. Staff <br />will be available to answer questions and note concerns. <br /> <br />. Summary Reports will be available for review in the local area at the Division Engineer's <br />Office. <br /> <br />· Staffwill request the Board's intent to appropriate instream flow water rights be posted at <br />the Courthouse of the affected County. <br /> <br />. The pending instream flow action will be noticed in the Board Agenda for each <br />subsequent meeting until final action is taken. . <br /> <br />. Time will be scheduled for public comment at each subsequent meeting until final action <br />is taken. <br /> <br />. A final notice of proposed Board action shall be mailed to those on the Instream Flow <br />Notification List at least 45 days prior to the Board meeting at which final Board action is <br />anticipated. Such notice shall contain the following: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Date and time of the meeting; <br />Description of the flow recommendations; <br />Preliminary staff recommendation; <br />Availability (time and place) of Summary Reports and Investigations Files for <br />each recommendation; and <br />Summary identification of any data, exhibits, testimony or other infonnation upon <br />which the staff may rely at the Board meeting in support of its recommendation <br />which is in addition to the information provided in the Summary Reports and <br />Investigations Files. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. The Board will act on the proposed Instream Flow Recommendations by: <br /> <br />. Approving the Recommendations; <br />. Rejecting the Recommendations; <br />. Modifying the Recommendations; <br />. Tabling the Recommendations; or <br />. Taking any other action the Board feels is appropriate. <br /> <br />.
