Instream Flow Recommendations Investigations Files (Investigations Files) will be available for public review at subsequent Board meetings until final action is taken. Staff will be available to answer questions and note concerns. . Summary Reports will be available for review in the local area at the Division Engineer's Office. · Staffwill request the Board's intent to appropriate instream flow water rights be posted at the Courthouse of the affected County. . The pending instream flow action will be noticed in the Board Agenda for each subsequent meeting until final action is taken. . . Time will be scheduled for public comment at each subsequent meeting until final action is taken. . A final notice of proposed Board action shall be mailed to those on the Instream Flow Notification List at least 45 days prior to the Board meeting at which final Board action is anticipated. Such notice shall contain the following: . Date and time of the meeting; Description of the flow recommendations; Preliminary staff recommendation; Availability (time and place) of Summary Reports and Investigations Files for each recommendation; and Summary identification of any data, exhibits, testimony or other infonnation upon which the staff may rely at the Board meeting in support of its recommendation which is in addition to the information provided in the Summary Reports and Investigations Files. . . . . . The Board will act on the proposed Instream Flow Recommendations by: . Approving the Recommendations; . Rejecting the Recommendations; . Modifying the Recommendations; . Tabling the Recommendations; or . Taking any other action the Board feels is appropriate. .
