However, the winter instream <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 0.35 cfs (2115-4/14) based on the Water availabilitY 8Iia1ys1s.The' <br />DOW believes the lower flow recommendation will still preserve the natural environment. <br />. CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br /> <br />.
