The Board may choose to hold its questions until the end of a Presenter's <br />presentation, or may choose to pose questions as ithey come up. In the latter case, the <br />Presenter's time will be adjusted to reasonably account for time taken up by Board <br />questioning. And in either case, the Board will\ie encouraged to limit its questioning <br />of any Presenter to no more than 15 minutes. If the Scheduled Oral Presentations are <br />not concluded by 2:00 p.m., the Board will defer the rest until after the General Public <br />Comment period scheduled at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />** Members of the public may make statements of 3 minutes, exclusive of <br />time for Board questions, if any. The time allowed for each public comment may <br />need to be reduced depending on the number of people wishing to speak. <br /> <br />Additional Rulemaking Procedures <br /> <br />. The Board has discretion to vary the rulemaking agenda and procedures <br />previously described in the Notice of Public Rulemaking Hearing and this Report of <br />Prehearing Conference. <br /> <br />e <br />
