<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Individual Grant Administration <br /> <br />Day-to-day administration of the Colorado Watershed Protection Fund will be handled by the <br />staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. This will include; <br />· Management and accounting for the moneys in the Fund; <br />· Disbursement and tracking of grant payments to grantees; <br />· Notification of successful and unsuccessful grant applicants of the disposition of their <br />applications; <br />. Review of progress and final project reports; <br />. Grant compliance assurance, including grant termination if necessary; <br />. Project closeout for each grant; and <br />· Preparation of an annual report to the Board and the Commission regarding the program. <br /> <br />For planning grants, upon application approval and signing of grant award forms and signing of <br />a contract with a consultant, if applicable, for preparation of the plan, 35% of the grant amount <br />will be disbursed. Upon completion and approval of50% of the planning scope of work, and <br />upon completion and approval of a six-month project report or of a 50%-completion project <br />report (whichever is appropriate), 50% of the grant amount will be disbursed. For project grants, <br />disbursal of the initial 35% of the grant amount will require application approval and signing of <br />grant award forms, completion of project design, and signing of a contract with a contractor, if <br />applicable, for completion of the project. Disbursal of 50% of the grant amount for project <br />grants will follow completion of 50% of the scope of work and completion and approval of a six- <br />month project report or of a 50%-completion project report (whichever is appropriate). Upon <br />full completion of the planning grant or the project grant, and upon preparation and approval of a <br />final project report, the remaining 15% will be disbursed. <br /> <br />For projects that last more than one year, a six-month report, an annual report, and an eighteen- <br />month report will be required and the above distribution percentages and times will be adjusted. <br /> <br />Based on the first annual report regarding the progress and results of this Colorado Watershed <br />Protection Fund, the Board and Commission designees, with input from the full Board and <br />Commission, will discuss whether any revisions to this Guidance should be considered. <br /> <br />6 <br />
