For our guests, I might state that the
Chairman of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board is Governor McNichols. Unfortunately
he is attending a Conference of Governors at
Glacier Park, Montana, and is unable to be
with us today. He expressed his regret that
he could not be with us especially when we
are touring this most important project in
Colorado's water development.

The attorney for the ''later Board, Mr.
Moses, is not here today. vIe regret that,
but he had some business in \iashington which
he could not avoid.

I'd like to welcome all of our guests
here and especially Senator Wilson. Glad
to have you with us,"

"Thank you,"

"Senator Wilson is one of our most faith-
ful attendants. We never leave Denver that
she isn't somewhere with us and we appreciate
it.

Anybody, later on, that wants to be
heard in this meeting may do so. If you do
desire to speak, will you please use one of
these microphones that appear at either of
these two tables so we can record for
posterity your remarks.

vIi th that in mind, this is going to be
a short meeting. vIe expect to hear from Mr.
Ed Dutcher who is in charge of the arrange-
ments while we are in Gunnison, but in talking
with Larry, the primary purpose of the meeting,
and the only item on the agenda, is a review
