It's not material, as far as the United <br />States government is concerned, where these <br />highways are relocated. This certainly <br />has not been firmed up actually- I say it <br />hasn't been firmed up but we've got to firm <br />up something right soon and that's this sec- <br />tion right here, \'Ie've got to get this road <br />underway almost immediately because this is <br />in the working area, the present road which <br />goes through Sapinero. So the first priority <br />will be the construction of this stretch from <br />here to here, and the timetable on that is to <br />start construction this fall on this section <br />of the road at the lower end of the dam site <br />so that we can get that highway out of the <br />way where the main construction activities <br />will take place. <br /> <br />The coffer dam will have to be con- <br />structed and the water diverted through a <br />tunnel in order to permit the excavation and <br />the placement of earth at the dam site, which <br />will mean that the present highway will be <br />inundated through part of its length there at <br />the very initial stage of the actual dam con- <br />struction.
