MR. KOCHMAN: Mr. Chairman, that would be hard to say "yes" to. But
the best effort I know of over there to inform the public was made.

MR. STAPLETON: Do you know of any better effort made in the past for
any other area:?

MR. KOCHMAN: No, with the exception of reviewing it in front of the
board.

MR. LEINSDORF: Mr. Chairman, if County Commissioner Doc Utterbach knew
of the meeting, I am sure it received adequate publicity.

MR. FETCHER: He knew of the meeting.

MR. STAPLETON: All right. Does anybody have an objection to consider-
ing at this meeting the preliminary recommendations for Routt County,
the stream recommendations? (No response.) Hearing none, Larry, would
you or Duane discuss those recommendations? They begin, I take it, on
page 4.

MR. HELTON: They begin on page 4, yes. These streams are all tribu-
taries of the Upper Yampa or the Upper Elk. Beginning on page 11, there
are some streams that were not reviewed in this process, probably
beginning with Slater Creek. Those would not go on the preliminary list.

So that we would be considering, everything on page 4,
Bear Canyon Creek, through page 11, Silver Creek. Is

MR. HELTON: Yes. We will send them out immediately.

MR. STAPLETON: Was Slater Creek considered?

MR. BENTON: They go down through Willow Creek there, Ben.

MR. HELTON: I apologize, .Mr. Chairman. We have had three sets of
recommendations that we compiled one list of, and I don't recall exactly
which is what. Maybe Mr. Fetcher has the original set.

MR. FETCHER: I do. That is what I am looking at now. The original
went through Wolverine Creek, and we added Willow Creek to that at the
meeting. I am not just sure what changes were made since then. But,
yes, Willow Creek was added.

MR. STAPLETON: The end of Routt County?

MR. FETCHER: Almost the end of page 11 down through Willow Creek there.
