The feasibility <br />study will be completed in accordance with Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board guidelines, and will include the following; <br /> <br />1. reconnaissance of site (2 visits) <br /> <br />2. conference with contractors (2 meetings) <br /> <br />3. preliminary sketches for cost estimates <br /> <br />4. meetings with board of directors & staff <br /> <br />5. review and submit application for loan <br /> <br />'.~ <br /> <br />6. draft and submit 2 copies of the completed feasibility study <br />
