<br />CWCB MOV letter <br />June 14,2002 <br />Page two <br /> <br />no value at this time, The Authority's Board believes there is no reason to continue the MOD in <br />effect. <br /> <br />The Authority Board accordingly requests that the CWCB review this MOD at its July <br />meeting to determine if it agrees that the MOD should be terminated by mutual consent. The <br />Authority Board will then revisit this issue at its August 23 meeting being held in conjunction <br />with the Colorado Water Congress summer conference in Vail. It will consider the position of <br />the CWCB, as well as any questions the CWCB may raise on the matter, in making a further <br />determination of how to proceed. The'Board would be happy to discuss the matter with the <br />CWCB representative to our meeting at that time, ' <br /> <br />The Board and staff of the Authority and the CWCB and its staff have cooperated from <br />time to time since the creation of the Authority.
