we will need some money later on in the,
year to complete that project. To date
the State of Colorado has not made any
reply to its official position on the
Narrows Project."

"This carryover balance of 1959 - is
it committed?"

"As soon as we knew what the Federal
Action budget would be 1 talked to the ,
Controller to have that fund carryover.
We started this fiscal year, 1959-60,
with this amount of $122,397.71."

"1 want to thank Mr. George Videon
for his help in trying to get our dictat-
ing machine operating. We certainly appre-
ciate it.

1 think it would only be appropriate
that we call on the member of the Colorado
River Commission from the State of Colorado
whom we heard from last night but who may
have some remarks he would like to address
to the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
Would you do this at this time, Governor
Johnson?"

tive Agreement with the Colorado State
University. We have at this meeting three
representatives from the Colorado State
University, Mr. Richard Schleusener, Mr.
Paul Jennings and Mr. Morris Skinner. Mr.
Schleusener, 1 think, is going to make the
remarks for,the proposal. Would you mind
