Statutory Authorization (Countv) - These regulations for flood
prevention and control.are adopted pursuant to, inter alia,
Title 29, Article 20, Section 101, et ~.: Title 30, Article
28, Section III, et ~.; and Title 24, Article 65.1, Section
101, et ~.; CRS 1973, as amended.

Statutory Authorization (Municipalitv) - These regulations for
flood prevention and control are adopted pursuant to, inter

Article 23, Section 201, et ~.; and Title 24, Article 65.1,
Section 101, et ~.; CRS 1973, as amended.
