The CFWE Board discussed the winter edition of <br />Headwalers magazine, the CFWE audit results, and completion of the 200-l operation contract <br />between the state and the CFWE. The next Board meeting will be in Denver on Mar. 5. The <br />winter edition of Headwalers magazine has been completed and is now available. <br /> <br />C'YCB 'Yaler- Consen"atioll Legislation: In response to the Board's direction from the <br />Nonrnbcr Board meeting, the eWCB staff has completed drafting water conservation <br />legislation. The proposed legislation contemplates changes and additions to the Water <br />Consen'alion Act of 1991 and has the overall goal of improving the quality and quantity of <br />conservation planning efforts throughout Colorado. eWCB stalThas been meeting with <br />stakeholders such as the Colorado Water Congress and the Colorado ~lunicipallcague to <br />discuss contents of the draft bill.
