1m. PETERSON:

"Mr. Chairman, Mr. Jerman has assured
us that they have a project which is, in
their opinion, a feasible project and I do
know that this oil shale development is com-
ing to the front very, very fast. I think
the Legislature appropriated that money to
be used to assist in hurrying up these pro-
jects and although that is a lot of money,
I think it is a deserving project and I
would like to move this money, in a sum not
to exceed $55,000 be used for this project."

MR. NELSON:

"I second the motion."

MR. CRAWFORD:

"I should like to say that in connec-
tion with this motion, I would like nothing
better than to be granted permission to ask
the Legislature for another $100,000."

wait until this motion is approved?"

1m. CRAWFORD:

"The proposition is that we take on
specifically a contract whereby the State
takes a portion of the flying contract, -
aerial topography."

Upon vote, the motion was unanimously passed.

HR. CRA'I1FORD:

"It is my understanding that I now
have the authority to go ahead and work
up a contract costing not more than J55,000."

MR. MOSES:

"That is correct. The next item on
the agenda is Mr. Chilson's resignation."

"I have a letter of resignation from
Mr. Chilson which reads as follows:
