M.. by Vice- <br />Chairman Eaphael Moses, with the first order of business being <br />approval of the Minutes of the Board Meeting held September 6, <br />1956, at Montrose, Colorado. <br /> <br />MR. KELLY: <br /> <br />"I move the Minutes be approved as pre- <br />sented." <br /> <br />/. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"I second the motion." <br /> <br />Upon vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MR. MOSES: <br /> <br />"The next item on the agenda is coop- <br />eration with the Bureau of Reclamation." <br /> <br />MR. CRAWFORD: <br /> <br />"This has to do with the proposed co-' <br />operation of the State with the Bureau of <br />Reclamation financially. It is my idea <br />for the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />to allot to the Bureau of Reclamation a <br />portion of the cost of the West Divide pro- <br />ject. By putting State money into that, <br />it would be possible to advance its progress <br />about a year.
