Y. 1958. Bill- <br />ings could then be made for Colorado's share of the cost within <br />that same fiscal year as the award is made. Topography could be <br />obtained on a portion of the project area four to six months <br />earlier if the State of Colorado desired to negotiate directly <br />with this Or some other contractor.
