3 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
4 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
5 completed.
6 SECTION 8. Database pilot program - appropriation. (1) In
7 addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of
8 any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction fund
9 not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the
10 sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to develop the database
11 pilot program by retaining a contractor to review the Colorado water
12 conservation board databases and recommend a comprehensive plan to
13 consolidate and upgrade the databases to meet future water planning
14 needs involving project loans, water rights management, litigation, and
15 floodplain designations.
16 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
17 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
18 completed.
19 SECTION 9. Continuationofthe Colorado water conservation
20 board document imaging system - appropriation. (1) In addition to
21 any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys
22 in the Colorado water conservation board construction fund not otherwise
23 appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of one
24 hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), or so much thereof as may be
25 necessary, for the board to continue development of the Colorado water
26 conservation board document imaging system.
27 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to
